Wright Choice Homes provides a full-service, turn-key solution for your granny flat. From the design review to construction, navigating council approvals, and managing service connections, we're here to support you at each step. It's important to remember that you're not expected to be an expert in these processes—that’s exactly why we're here. There are no questions too big or too small; our goal is to make this journey as simple as possible for you. Ask us anything; we're here to ensure your experience with us is stress-free and straightforward.
Initial Consultation
Get in contact with our Sales Team with your initial enquiry and the process will commence from there. We will guide you in choosing a design that’s right for your lifestyle and needs.
Contracts and DA Approvals
Once you have chosen a design that’s right for your lifestyle and needs, we will then proceed to the contract stage. At this time we will get you in contact with our recommended consultants if you wish to use them to begin your building approval process. We will guide you through this.
Selecting Finishes
Our team will take you through our design choices and help you choose the right one for you. We help define your needs, fit-out specifications, and anything else required. We’ll finalise details like colour schemes, fixtures, flooring, tapware, location, and budget.
Build and Council Approval
The build of your home and the Building Approval process will commence in conjunction with one another. You will be kept up to date with photos/on site visits of the progress of your home build.
Delivery
Your home is delivered and stumped by the QHR team. Our onsite Carpenters will complete all internal minor finishes, landing/decks, insulated roofs, and stairs at this time. This is when you can organise the connection of utilities (water, electricity, etc.). We have some trusted partners we can refer you to, but alternatively, you are free to work with a tradie of your choice.
Walkthrough and Handover
Welcome home! The final inspection is passed and we walk you through your home to make sure you’re happy. Then it’s all yours, ready to fill with loads of love and great memories.
