From the first day we met Portia at the Tiny Home Expo until the handover day of our awesome granny flat has been the most incredible experience.
Portia was our go to at Wright Choice homes and her service is second to none. Nothing was too much trouble, and she was so prompt, efficient and incredibly helpful through the entire process. Yes, there were hurdles with council and energy efficiency etc along the way, but we worked through them together and sorted them quickly. Portia would answer my way too many questions without hesitation and would follow anything up to ensure the process was smooth running. She is a real asset to Wright Choice homes.
Then there was Simon who came and checked the sight, organised the move and was always so thorough and friendly. He explained processes and again nothing was too much trouble. Clinton the truck driver was not only incredibly skilled in getting our granny flat on site safely but also friendly and able to also answer my never-ending questions regarding the stumping. Chris the site manager was also amazing and ensured everything was explained to me so that I could understand the process and ensured I was happy with the results.
There is not one thing I can fault about this company, and I have built 4 homes. The quality of the granny flat is amazing, and the service is second to none. I would do it all over again in the future and highly recommend Wright Choice Homes.

Where do I start, I looked at over 60 other display homes by all major builders & was disgusted, poor finishes & didn't want to build what I wanted. By chance I saw Wright's & went straight round from the motorway. Portia took me thru 4 completed homes & in all honesty I was sold fully, high quality finishes, so many options.  I explained I wanted to cometely alter a basic plan. The answer was, that's simple, so I fully redesigned their Lady Elliot from 12 to 16m removed a bedroom,  bigger bathroom , 1m wide 5m long kitchen bench so it's all lounge room to be lived in & enjoyed. It was so simple & finally after 6 years of looking Wright Choice Homes did what nobody else would. I signed 7 days later & paid what was a great deposit.  I chose everything I wanted as its my retirement home. Retiring for me is about creating a great place to enjoy. I was kept up on every step of the build & 7th June it was here. There were 2 minor thing that had to be sorted but they were done immediately.  Just to highlight how absolutely impressed im am, I contacted Ch9 & ABC with all info & hope they do a story. If you want a top quality customised home this company is your only choice. On time on budget & the highest quality ive seen, its my 3rd house I've had built h by far the best, I cannot thank Portia & the entire crew for my beautiful custom home.
