What areas do you service?

We offer relocatable homes, portable homes and granny flats to the entire state of Queensland, Northern NSW and the Bay Islands.

Do you have a display home?

Yes. Our display home is located at 97 Old Toorbul Point Road, Caboolture QLD 4510. Our opening times are 8am – 4pm on Weekdays and 8am – 1pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.

Are the granny flats secure?

Absolutely! Our relocatable homes are built and stumped by qualified tradesmen, using trusted materials from our established suppliers, new build homes are built at our main depot in Caboolture Qld.

All of our homes are made according to the Australian building code standards and, are covered under QBCC Insurance.

We are confident in the long-term durability of our high-quality materials and meticulous craftsmanship, so much so that we offer a 20-year structural material warranty.

Are the granny flat homes sustainable?

Yes. We prioritise energy efficiency and sustainability in out relocatable homes. Also, due to the design of our relocatable homes, energy bills are reduced as a result of lower heating and air conditioning costs.

Is Wright Choice Homes a licensed builder?

Yes. Wright Choice Homes is QBCC licensed and certified to operate in Australia. All of our homes are made according to the Australian building code standards and are covered under QBCC Insurance.

Are the relocatable homes on skids?

No. Our relocatable homes are installed on galvanized 100x100 RHS posts by our qualified tradesmen, using trusted materials from our established suppliers. We can tailor your home with high or low-set options to meet your preferences.

About the process

Can your relocatable homes or granny flats be customised?

Yes, we allow slight modifications in our designs to suit your needs.

Can I make a choice of colours and finishes?

Yes, we will guide you through this process and you will have a choice of colours, finishes, and fixtures from our range.

Do we need land before booking construction?

It is recommended to have land ready, or to have a piece of land under the agreement. This helps us do a more accurate design and price consultation for your granny flat.

What are your terms of payment?

Each client has different circumstances, which is why we allow various terms of payments structured to suit each client. We can discuss this with you in your initial consultation.

What about transit and site insurance?

Transit insurance is supplied as part of the relocatable home delivery until it is stumped on-site.

You will need to arrange for your own insurance effective from the day your building is stumped on-site.

Please discuss the details of your policy with your insurance provider so they can help you determine the insurance that is right for you.

Who deals with the council?

We have trusted consultants that we can recommend to support you with building approval. They update us with the progress of your approval on a weekly basis, and we all work together to ensure the process is as seamless as possible for our clients.

What is the construction time?

The whole process takes approximately 12 weeks from the signing of the contract, depending on size and design. We will confirm the exact timings with you during the inital stages.

Are water and power connected?

All of our homes are installed and ready for connection to power and water by your plumber and electrician.

It is the responsibility of the client to arrange the connection of utilities. We have some trusted partners we can refer you to, alternatively you are free to work with a tradie of your choice.
